1. Go to run (windows key + R)
2.Type “gpedit.msc” without quote
3.Go to Administrative Templates
4. Open Desktop
5. Double click on remove recycle bin icon from your desktop
6. Tick on enable
7. Press Ok
Now refresh your desktop, Your recycle bin icon will be remove from your desktop.

How to get it back?
1.Go to run (windows key + R)
2. Type “gpedit.msc” without quote
3. Go to Administrative Templates
4. Open Desktop
5. Double click on remove recycle bin icon from your desktop
6. Tick on Not Configured
7.Press ok
Your Recycle bin icon will be recover.
